Leticia Peralta

A longtime resident of Chicago, Illinois, Leticia Peralta holds both a bachelor of science in accounting and a master of business administration with an emphasis on finance from DePaul University. She went on to establish herself as an expert in areas that include capital market strategy development, capital debt transaction structuring and execution, operating budget management, strategic management consulting, and feasibility assessments. Leticia Peralta has served as principal of Chicago’s Peralta Garcia Solutions for more than a decade.

In addition to her work in the financial services and public finance sectors, Leticia Peralta is engaged with multiple civic and charitable initiatives. Her philanthropic work includes board tenures with both the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago and the Illinois Council Against Handgun Violence. She is also a cofounder of the Michael A. DeStefano Foundation, a nonprofit organization that spearheads various service and advocacy projects for people who have sustained traumatic brain injuries. This organization funds research and promotes a range of alternative medical modalities.
